CERCLE

How we work.

One line of accountability, from the board decision to a governed system in production. Choose where to start; the rest of the circle follows.

Built on Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and Power Platform, on Azure.

Six ways to start.

Each one is delivered end to end by the same people. Most clients start with one business process.

  • 01

Deliver an agentic system end to endMost common start

One business process, taken from framing through architecture, build and governance to a production system with a measurement layer.

  • 02

Take a stalled initiative to production

An audit of an existing pilot or platform: architecture, data readiness, governance and evaluation, with a concrete path to production. We report before we fix, and the findings are yours either way.

  • 03

    Stand up your AI capability

A governed platform, a reusable component library, skills-based delivery and a first portfolio of agents. We stand it up, run it with you and hand it over at your pace.

  • 04

Build your MCP and integration layer

Governed MCP servers and shared components that expose your systems, data and tools to agents under controlled identity, access and audit. The foundation every later agent stands on.

  • 05

Governance and compliance as a deliverable

EU AI Act readiness, DPIAs, risk registers, per-jurisdiction regulatory mapping and audit trails for your existing AI estate, whether or not we built it.

  • 06

    Enable your teams

From executive briefings to hands-on agent engineering over your own data, taught by the people who build these systems.

Most of an AI system is engineering.

We come from full-stack development, and it shows in the parts most AI projects underestimate. We take on that work on its own too, when a platform needs building before AI can use it.

Cloud-native applications and APIs

.NET and Python services, built to run, scale and be maintained.

Data platforms and reporting

The models, pipelines and decision-grade reporting that AI and people both depend on.

Legacy to cloud-native

Legacy systems moved to cloud-native platforms without stopping the business.

Architecture review

An independent look at an existing system, with a concrete path forward.

Four stages, no handovers.

The people who frame the work stay with it through operation, so context and accountability survive every stage.

01 / 04

Frame & Architect

The business case, the process to change and what success measurably means, then the target architecture over your existing estate. Architecture comes before tools.

You receiveA decision the board can defend, a target architecture and a costed plan.

02 / 04

Build

Production engineering across the stack: multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, data and retrieval, services and APIs, on low-code and pro-code platforms, each where it earns its place.

You receiveA working system in your environment, assembled from reusable, versioned components.

03 / 04

Govern & Operate

Governance generated alongside the build and written for compliance and security review, then run in production with monitoring, evaluation and cost telemetry.

You receiveAudit-ready documentation, a live system and a cost per outcome you can read.

04 / 04

Enable

Your team learns to run and extend what we build, inside your own governance and release processes.

You receiveA stronger internal team, and independence from us as a real option.

Wherever you operate.

What we need from you.

  • A process owner
  • Access to the relevant data and systems
  • One decision-maker who can say yes or no

How it works.

  • Time and material, billed by the competency level engaged
  • A framed discovery before any build
  • Deliverable IP transferred to you
  • GDPR-grade data handling by default, with data kept in the region your regulations require

Where we work.

Based in Europe, working with clients worldwide, on site where the work calls for it.

Certified.

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer. Certified by Microsoft to deliver its official training, which is why enablement is part of every engagement.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Designing solutions on Azure across identity, governance, data, networking and business continuity.
  • AI+ Executive. AI strategy, governance and adoption, seen from the board's side of the table.

The engine.

Our core discipline is multi-agent systems that execute real workflows inside enterprise estates. Every system connects to your platforms, enforces policy and proves each decision with evidence.

  • Scoped permissions. Every agent acts within explicit, least-privilege boundaries.
  • Decision logs. A record per action: what ran, why, and on whose authority.
  • Human checkpoints. Approval gates above defined risk thresholds, before anything irreversible.
  • Escalation paths. When an agent meets ambiguity, it escalates instead of guessing.
  • Governed MCP gateways. Your systems exposed to agents under controlled identity, access and audit.
  • Reusable components. Agents assembled from a proven, versioned library, not rebuilt each time.

AI building AI.

Delivery itself runs on a codified, versioned library of agents and skills covering intake, architecture, governance, evaluation, deployment and cost tracking. Every deliverable is produced by an agent, scored against defined criteria and signed by a senior engineer.

That library is the moat. It makes the second engagement faster than the first, and it makes quality a property of the system rather than of whoever happens to be assigned.

Close the loop.

Book a strategy call and we'll map the first process worth taking to production.
