What we collect. When you use our contact form or the strategy-call form: your role, name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. It does not read the form.
When you browse the site, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It receives technical data about each page view, such as the page address, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country), and shows us only totals. It uses no cookies or browser storage, and it doesn't identify you or follow you across other websites.
Why, and on what legal basis. To reply to you and discuss working together: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). To understand how the site is used and improve it: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it. CERCLE's partners and the people who work on your enquiry. It is stored in our Microsoft 365 environment. Microsoft acts as our processor, and so does Cloudflare for the spam check and the visit statistics. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without asking you.
Outside the EU. Microsoft and Cloudflare may process some of this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it. Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract and accounting obligations apply.
Do you have to give us this data? No. But without your name and email address, we can't reply to you.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. When you use one of our forms, our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) keeps one technical value in your browser's storage, inside its own frame, to tell people from bots. It isn't used for tracking or advertising. Our visit statistics work without cookies or browser storage.
Your rights. You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to us at the address above. You can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr).
